My 'Best of 2017' Photographs
2017 could simply be summed up by ‘plenty of fun, creativity and WOW!’ The year surpassed all my personal expectations and it was lovely to know that my resulting images were met with so much thanks and appreciation from my 32 couples!
I was lucky enough to, once again, reach the Regional Finals of The Wedding Industry Awards and had a great time attending the Awards at Blackstock Country Estate.
The last twelve months have seen a continuation of my style which has come about from my confidence as a person and as a photo taker. I found myself walking into scenes knowing what I wanted to achieve and often exceeded all of my ideas! With a relaxed and understanding approach I found my attitude blended in with all my couples days and my Number 1 goal was/is always to ensure my couples are having the best day possible. If you follow me on Facebook you’ll have seen the photos of me holding mirrors for brides, popping bubbly and keeping track of time!
Thank you to each and every person that attended a wedding last year. I was blessed to have such a fantastic season and that was largely thanks to the enthusiasm of my couples and their guests, especially their willingness to go along with my ideas!
A big thank you also goes to the suppliers that I had the pleasure of working with. Here are some of the stars of 2017: The Garden Chef, Royalton Cars, DJ Brian Mole, Chris Spice Films, Oomphf! Band, John Adams Music, Bluebell Vineyard, Sharon Roberts Hair, Lyndsey Smith Artist and Inspired by Susie.
Venues for 2017 included: Patricks Barn, Brookfield Barn, Bluebell Vineyard, Hendall Manor Barns, Blackstock Estate, Laughton Barns, Broadacres, Long Furlong Barn, Powdermills Hotel, Chapel Barn, Swallows Oast and Horsted Place.
