2018 was another year were I felt I grew my style and fell more in love with what I do! I really embraced taking couple into gardens and the countryside and making the most of these natural settings, which they all really appreciated. I was delighted to, once again, get through to the Regional Finals of the Wedding Photographer of the Year Awards and to have such kind words from many of my couples through thank you emails and letters! Here is a video I have put together breaking down my 2018 Wedding Photography Portfolio. This Portfolio is a physical album I produce each year that holds ten spreads of my best, and favourite, photos from the weddings I have documented that year.

This is shown to prospect couples who are looking to book me and gives them an idea of my style, the type of photos I like to take and how I approach a day. My 2018 Portfolio was my fourth album and has become a regular staple of my year, as it also gives me the opportunity to produce my photos as a body of work that I can look back and reflect on, as someone that is forever growing in my style and confidence as a photographer.

“We booked Craig to photograph our wedding on the 10th of November 2018 after meeting him whilst he was photographing our friends wedding the previous year. At this time we thought Craig must have been their friend or family member as he made everyone so comfortable and was such a friendly face at their wedding. Once we found out he was actually their photographer and that he came with glowing reviews we had to book him!

Craig went above and beyond both before and on our big day, giving us loads of advice and ideas including recommending a bubble walk when confetti wasn’t an option. This gave us the most amazing and unusual photos that we have got so many complements on! He helped make sure the day ran smoothly and we are really grateful he was able to stay into the evening to capture some photographic evidence of the hilarious dance moves!

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to book Craig and the photos he took of our day are absolutely stunning! Craig is the nicest guy- Me and my husband aren’t natural photography subjects but Craig’s friendly demeanor really put us at ease and allow us to get some great photos to remember the best day ever!
